You are welcome to return any items within our 14 day return policy! This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Orders over $30 ship back for free! There is a flat rate of $6 for orders under $30. 

All returned products must be in unused, pristine condition with original tags.

Want a quick exchange? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that any purchases that are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible.

Parallel products are not eligible for replacement or exchange if they are not purchased from our website. This includes wholesale and resale purchases.

For returning orders made in the U.S, a $6 restocking will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of the return shipping and processing. 

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please request a return before sending it back to us.

We will send you an email once processing has completed. If you requested a refund, we will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding the original shipping charges that may have been applied to your order). Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and for refunds to appear on your credit card.

To get your package ready:

1. Create and print your shipping label that we have provided in your email.

2. Attach the label to the reusable mailer from your original order, or to any other shipping mailer of your choice.

3. Put your package in your mailbox or USPS drop box, or deliver it to any USPS location.

Please note orders must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Packages shipped with a different shipping label than the one provided may not receive a refund or the refund may be delayed. Customers are responsible for printing their shipping label. Contact hello@parallelsocks.com for questions regarding the return label.

We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. The refund will be applied to the card used to make the purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Original shipping charges are not refunded when the order has been returned.
