Refund policy

You are welcome to return any items within our 14 day return policy! This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Orders over $30 ship back for free! There is a flat rate of $6 for orders under $30. 

All returned products must be in unused, pristine condition with original tags.

Want a quick exchange? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that any purchases that are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible.

Parallel products are not eligible for replacement or exchange if they are not purchased from our website. This includes wholesale and resale purchases.
