Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 1 week using USPS or UPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 applies to orders that don't meet the "Free Shipping" requirements. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
We offer $4.99 flat rate shipping to the United States.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs of $6 for the return for orders under $30.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@parallelsocks.com with your order number and reason of return. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
